A modest-sized winemakers' cellar whose yearly production does not exceed 11,000hl and can be broken down as follows :

Naturally Sweet Wines

AOC Rivesaltes and Muscat de rivesaltes : 3,000 hls.

Dry wines

AOC Cotes du Roussillon and Cotes du Roussillon Villages Red Wine : 1,500 hls.

Quality Regional Wines

Red : 4,000 hls
Rosé : 1,000 hls
Dry white Muscat : 700 hls
White Juice : 800 hls.
