Wine Cellar

One vinification unit was specifically built to vinify whole grapes.

It is considered to be the leading Minervois cellar specializing in this type of vinification, extracting the best from this marvellous region.

This has allowed it to acquire a reputation for serious, quality work and to raise itself to the top ranks of Minervois wine cellars.

Two winemaking barrel storehouses allow us to age fine wines.

Appellations :

It mainly produces AOC Minervois along with traditional regional wines.

This wine cellar is the reason measures were taken leading to the region's recognition: It is the number one producer of La Liviniere.
