Cuvee le Petit Causse
AOC Minervois - La Livinière
Red
Matured in new oak barrels
This cuvee comes from a specific Region called "Le Petit Causse". This is the specific area recognized as the La Liviniere appellation. This low yield region (30hl/ha), associated with a semi-arid microclimate allows us to create this fine wine with high flavor expression.
Primarily made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir, the grapes are hand-picked and vinified using the entire grape with a minimum maceration period of 20 days.
The wine matures in new 400 liter barrels for 12 months before aging in bottles.
