Vinification
Both vinification sites have been equipped to vinify white and rosé wines which are made by dripping, pneumatic pressing and filtering using a rotational filter under vacuum. The fermentation temperature is maintained using submerged heat exchangers.
Red wines are made using traditional vinification methods, either carbonic maceration or thermo-vinification. These different means of vinification, as well as the different grape varieties, allow us to make a very wide range of wines.

The reds mature in vats, half-barrels and casks depending on their destination. Qualitative monitoring of these wines is guaranteed by bottling them at the property.
