Background
André-Jacques Arnaud currently runs the family Winery and is the heir to a long line of winemakers going back to the 18th century.
He comes from a traditional Languedoc farming background and the winery is his family's legacy. It has been built by the efforts of successive generations who slowly enlarged the property by buying plots of vines.

The Winery is therefore not one single unit but a combination of plots of land
lying around the village.
It has a total surface area of 38 hectares of which 25 hectares are in AOC Corbieres, 10 hectares in the Regional Wine zone and 3 hectares are fallow which allows the soil to rest when the vineyard is replanted.
