Wine Cellar
Small traditional Languedoc wine cellar whose oak casks were built in 1900 by Fernand Arnaud, an old cooper. These casks are still present in the wine cellar even though it has been reorganized and modernized to allow the use of more modern vinification methods (cold, pressing, stirring, etc.). The grapes are hand-picked and then have the stalks
removed and are vinified with frequent fortification and stirring.
