Soil
Deep and well-drained calcareous-clay soil with a semi-oceanic climate and light yet frequent precipitation which is good for the grape varieties planted here.
The vineyard in this well-adapted region has low yields and uses modern vinification technology and barrel aging that differentiates the wines at this winery.
They have been adapted to current consumer tastes, who look for flexible, fruity, and round wines with character.
The vinification method for white wines begins with nighttime or early morning harvests (no later than 9am) followed by direct pressure and fermentation at 16°C. There is no malolactic fermentation.
The vinification method for red wines is characterized by lengthy maceration
and frequent nitrogen fortification.

Grape Varieties
The previous owners replanted the grape varieties about 15 years ago and this has been continued by the current owners, leading to a vineyard solely containing noble grape varieties: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Chasan, Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot & Pinot.
They use traditional cultivation methods with reasoned agriculture and tracking.
