Wine Cellar
The Calce wine cellar is one of the smallest wine cellars in the Roussillon region. Its total production is between 10,000 and 11,000hl which can be broken down as follows:
- 2,800 hectolitres Naturally Sweet Wines : AOC Muscat de Rivesaltes.
- 1,300 hectolitres Naturally Sweet Wines : AOC Rivesaltes.
- 5,200 hectolitres AOC Cotes du Roussillon Red.
- 450 hectolitres AOC Cotes du Roussillon Villages Red.

Almost all the village's winemakers belong to the wine cellar. There are approximately 60 of them cultivating 320 hectares altogether.
The wine cellar is run by Jean-Claude BALMIGERE, the president, who is the
wine cellar's chief independent winemaker and oversees the vinification processes.
