Situation GéographiqueLa Palme is located half-way between Narbonne and Perpignan on the edge of La Palme pond. It's a small town of 1,200 inhabitants of which half live off the vine. The rest have complimentary activities like fishing and cultivating oysters.
Growing olive trees should be another type of agricultural activity since there are a number of olive groves that have gone wild in the neighboring countryside.
