Soil
They only produce AOC (controlled origin appellation) wines :
AOC Rivesaltes and Muscat de Rivesaltes, which are naturally sweet wines, became AOCs in 1936, AOC Fitou in 1948 and AOC Corbieres in 1985.
Their desire for producing quality regional products is closely linked to the low yields of 45hl/hectare.
The Vineyard is terraced over an amphitheater overlooking La Palme pond and the Mediterranean.
This privileged location allows the extreme summer temperatures to be moderated by nocturnal sea air leaving a morning humidity allowing the vine to reach optimum maturity. This is why the wines are round and fruity with velvety tannins.

There are several different types of soil that can be distinguished :
- Light colored crushed calcareous and calcareous-clay zones.
- Hard gray calcareous zones resulting from colluvial deposits made by nearby mountain run-off.
- Round soft calcareous stones left over from the ancient beaches and therefore the sea.
